When times are tough things can get rough. However it is crucial to stay positive. There was once a woman, who although she was doing well on her job, became so preoccupied with the thought of being laid off that it started to affect her performance. 1. Make an effort to use positive words all the time.
2. Avoid negative people.
3. Don't watch too much TV especially channels that show negative elements.
4. Spend time with your kids, family, and friends.
5. Take a half-hour to an hour a day to motivate yourself: Read motivational books or listen to motivational tapes.
6. Take an hour a day to develop on your current & new skills.
7. Try new things: Take on a new sport or hobby.
8. Exercise.
9. Pray & seek guidance from your creator.
10. Reward Yourself: Set small goals or steps, and reward yourself on each accomplishment.
